One of my favorite months has arrived—October! The leaves are bursting with vibrant colors, and the crisp mornings and evenings call for cozy sweaters. Everything seems to be inspired by pumpkin spice, and here in Colorado, we often get our first snowfall this month. Halloween falls on a Friday this year, and I’m hoping I can convince my team to dress up in costumes.

October also marks the start of the final quarter of the year.
